1997年から始まった「作って食べよう世界の料理」。潮芦屋交流センターに移転してからは１ヶ月に１度程度の割合で開催し、世界の国々の料理を紹介しています。
文化や習慣など異文化を理解しながらお料理を楽しみます。出来あがった料理を講師の話を聞きながら試食するのも楽しみのひとつです。
今までに、約50カ国のお料理を楽しみました。
第192回 フランス菓子編
講 師： 西田 まり子 氏（ル・コンドンブルーにてフランス菓子本科卒業ディプロム）
日 時： 2024年9月14日（土）午後1時～３時
メニュー：マーブルパウンドケーキ、オレンジゼリー、アーモンドチュイール
参加費：おとな１名参加 2,500円、親子ペアでの参加 3,500円
（開催日2週間前から材料費分のキャンセル料2,000円が発生します。）
場 所：潮芦屋交流センター調理室
持ち物：食器用フキン、エプロン、マスク、三角巾、筆記具
定 員：25人。親子ペアでの参加は５組限定。
抽選申込期間：8月1日（月）～８月10日（水）

Application period: August 1st(Thu.) to 10th(Sat.)
Place：Shio-Ashiya Exchange Center
Participation fee: 2,500 yen per adult, 3,500 yen per parent-child pair
（If you cancel less than 2 weeks before, please pay 2,000yen for material costs.）
Capacity: 25 people, Parent-child pairs are limited to 5 groups
Things to bring：a dish cloth, an apron, a pen and a memo pad
